Bieten Proberaum zur Untermiete in Düsseldorf Lierenfeld ab sofort

Wir, Supersonic Vultures suchen eine Band / anderweitiges Musikprojekt zur Untermiete für unseren Proberaum mit 21,9 m² am Gatherweg 98 in 40231 Düsseldorf. Der Musikbunker verfügt über kostenloses W-Lan, Toiletten und Duschen sind ebenfalls pro Flur enthalten. Dazu ist der Bunker neu renoviert und dank dicksten Türen ist euer Equipment absolut sicher. Die Haltestelle „Schlesische Straße“ ist innerhalb 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.



Die Miete für euch beträgt 163€ monatlich, was der Hälfte der Gesamtmiete entspricht. Insofern teilen wir dies pro Partei auf, die Hälfte Du/Ihr, die Hälfte wir.

Aktuell nutzen wir den Raum nicht mehr als einmal in der Woche - zu Höchstzeiten war es zweimal in der Woche - der Raum steht also zu 80% leer und zur freien Verfügung. Am besten macht ihr euch selbst einen Überblick von uns und dem Raum :-)

We are the Supersonic Vultures and are looking for a band or other kind of music project to share the rehearsal room with 21,9 qm. It is located at Gatherweg 98 in 40231 Duesseldorf. The room comes with Free Wi-Fi, as well as shared toilets and showers.

The tram and bus station "Schlesische Straße" is only 5 walking-minutes away.
